Core Policy: We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most full-price items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. All returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

2. Return & Exchange Requirements

  • Timeframe: 15 days from the date you receive your shipment.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with no signs of wear, perfume, or makeup. All original tags and protective packaging must be intact.
  • Packaging: Please return the item in its original garment bag or box, if possible, to protect it during transit.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email must be included inside the return package.
  • Shipping Cost: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To maintain the integrity of our collections and for hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bridal Shower & Bachelorette Party accessories marked as “Final Sale” or “Personalized”.
  • Any ACCESSORIES (including select Bags) that have been used or from which tags have been removed.
  • Items purchased during a final sale or promotional event, which will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

6. International Returns

As we serve a global clientele (excluding only certain regions in Asia and a few remote locations), international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred when returning an item. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service (like DHL or FedEx) and declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to minimize fees. The refund will be for the item’s purchase price only; original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
