• Standard Shipping: We utilize premium carriers DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat shipping fee of $12.95 applies.
• Complimentary Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a different size, color, or simply a change of heart may occur. Our policy is crafted to make this process as seamless as possible.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most full-price items within 15 days of the date you receive your shipment. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

2. Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
3. Prepare Your Package:
   • Ensure the item is in its original garment bag or box.
   • Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
   • Securely pack the item to prevent damage in transit.
4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address (provided with your RMA). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped). For international returns, you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes; we recommend using a trackable, insured service like DHL/FedEx and declaring the package as “Returned Goods”.

Refund Process & Timeline

1. Inspection: Upon receipt, our quality team will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our conditions.
