• CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES: From Desk to Dawn ensembles, including Cocktail dresses, Coats, Column silhouettes, Daytime wear, and select Bags.
• Color & Style: Featuring timeless shades like Black and Blue, among others.

Presentation: We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Product availability is subject to change.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

Order Acceptance: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen method. Your card will be charged at the time of order placement.

Customer’s Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided during checkout (shipping address, email, payment details) is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delays or failures due to incorrect information.

4. Shipping Policy

Processing: Orders are meticulously prepared within 1-2 business days before shipment.

Destinations: We ship worldwide, excluding certain regions in Asia and a few remote locations.

Methods & Timelines:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat fee): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Complimentary Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Tracking: A tracking notification will be sent to your email once your order ships.

Import Duties & Taxes: For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligibility Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted for most full-price items within 15 days of the date you receive your shipment.

Condition Requirement: All items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging (e.g., garment bag).

Process:

1. Initiate Request: Contact Customer Care at [email protected] within the 15-day window with your order number and details.
2. Receive Authorization: We will provide an RMA number and instructions.
3. Ship Return: Send the package to our address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timeline: After we receive and inspect the return, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Final Sale Items: The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Bridal Shower & Bachelorette Party accessories marked “Final Sale” or “Personalized.”
• Any ACCESSORIES (including select Bags) that have been used or have removed tags.
• Items purchased during a final sale or promotional event.

Your Responsibility (International Returns): You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items. We recommend using a trackable, insured service (DHL/FedEx) and declaring the package as “Returned Goods.”

6. Limitation of Liability

SACHIN & BABI Shop (including its directors, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
